Shipping & Delivery

FIRST SPRAY currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

Order processing
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

UK Tracked Delivery - £3.95
Estimated transit after dispatch: 3-5 business days.
Free on orders of £30 or more.

UK Express Tracked - £5.95
Estimated transit after dispatch: 1-2 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@firstspray.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Missing or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact hello@firstspray.co.uk with your order number and we’ll investigate it for you.

International delivery
FIRST SPRAY currently ships within the UK only. International delivery may be introduced in the future.
